- Apple - Give these people a break! They are parents, and whatever reason they had for giving their child the name, I'm sure they love her and have her best interest at heart. Maybe little Apple will dislike her name someday, and maybe she will be made fun of by cruel kids at school. But how many of us dislike our own perfectly normal names and got made fun of anyway?! Compared to the misfortune of some children in the world, I'm sure little Apple will at least enjoy a happy childhood filled with her parents' love.
