| "A Praise Chorus"
The Nonsensical Lyrics: So come on Davey, sing me something that I know
Why They're Nonsensical: This one seems to be pretty nonsensical, 'til you check the liner note -- who the heck is Davey? Answer: He is the lead singer of the band, the Promise Ring, who Jimmy Eat World used to open for back in the day. Many of the verses in 'A Praise Chorus' come from the Promise Ring.
