Story about this misheard lyric by: KH My boyfriend put this song on a mix cd he made for me, and I was listening to it this morning and thinking what a sweet, romantic song it was when I suddenly heard the misheard lyric and did a double-take. I had to rewind it several times before I realized they were, indeed, saying 'part', but I still can't help hearing the other lyric. I prefer to attribute the mistake to the bad enunciation in that part of the song than to any potty-mindedness of my own, though. |
"King Of Spain"
The Nonsensical Lyrics: Once I was the king of Spain.
Now I eat humble pie. Why They're Nonsensical: Since when is royalty humble?
