Band Name Origins:
- Taken from the interview at the beginning of the live 'Ny Batteri' video, one band member had a sister who was born at the same time as the band was forming. Her name? Sigourney Rose. So they decided to name the band after her. Submitted by: DiscStu
- It means "Victory Rose" in Icelandic. It's the lead singer's little sister's name. She was supposedly born the day the band was formed. Submitted by: Pensive Paul
