Arrested in Christine Benedicto's Fayetteville, NY apparetment, and sentenced with $10,000 cash bail. After appearing in court numerous times, all charges were dropped. Page later resigned from the Barenaked Ladies, although not explicitly due to the charges. He allegedly wanted to due solo work even before the arrest.
