- It's ultra-confusing. 1) There is a band simply known as "Swift." 2) There's another band known as "The Swift" (a contemporary-christian group). 3) These days, you could confuse either one with Taylor Swift, a solo female singer (who is probably NOT related to any of the members of either aforementioned band).
