I smell sex and candy.
The Story: Thought for awhile these were the lyrics, until my little sister pointed out they weren't. I thought there may of been singing about a connection between, asthma, sex and candy, or maybe he had a very weird childhood. The Story: My dad is a really uptight guy, but he liked the cover art on the Marcy Playground cd, so he made me bring it in the car and when it got to Sex & Candy, I couldn't help but sing along to what I had heard. When he heard the erection line, he pulled over, ripped the cd out and threw it into a ditch. The only thing he said to me for the rest of that trip was 'Son, this is trash... The Story: Myself and two of my girlfriends were driving down the road. When my friend driving said how much she loved the song and then proceeded to sing her rendition of the song.
