Why:
Last time I checked, Iller a) is a river in Bavaria, Germany, and b) means "provinces" in Turkish. The correct use of the term would be "more ill" or "the most ill".

The Lyrics:
Me and my, me and my, me and my, me and my me and my friends.
Why:
First of all, "Me and my friends" is a sentence-fragment. Second of all, it should be, "My friends and me," if I'm not mistaken, "Me" should come second.
