"Cars"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

well, it's a song about cars... discussing the great positive and the negative arguments you may have... but mostly just stupitity. lol
Cars

I spotted you driving
You made all the girls stare
Those wheels and exhaust pipe
And the sexy chair
I start to honk my horn
I want the car, not you
Can I get in the back?
I want to see what it can do

What would it take for you to give me the keys?
Not trying to sound conceited, but your car is meant for me
That's a sexy car
I'm a nice girl
Let's turn this driveway into our own Grand Theft Auto world

Cars
Sometimes a girl just needs one
Cars
To show off and to hold
Cars
Go to the gas station
Cars
It's not just for show

Get the boy in the sports car
Screaming in his ear
His radio was kind of loud
(What'd she say?)
So it was hard for him to hear
I look at that car
With a sexy attitude
But the way he just drove away
I thought was kind of rude
Aw!

What would it take for you to give me the keys?
Not trying to sound conceited, but your car is meant for me
That's a sexy car
I'm a nice girl
Let's turn this driveway into our own Grand Theft Auto world

Cars
Sometimes a girl just needs one
Cars
To show off and to hold
Cars
Go to the gas station
Cars
It's not just for show

Tonight lets race
Winner gets all
I hope I don't lose
And next week
You may still see me here
This car just won't move
(let me see what you can do)

Cars
Sometimes a girl just needs one
Cars
To show off and to hold
Cars
Making air pollution
Cars
At least I look cool

Come with me
Let's drive into the night
Driving "round for hours
My seat belt on
Make sure it holds me tight
Admire other cars

Ow

Cars
Sometimes a girl just needs one
Cars
To show off and to hold
Cars
It is air pollution
Cars
But I still look cool

Can't live with "em. Can't live without "em
i know it sounds stupid...but hey, it's a parody right?

This just happens to be a very FINE parody, Your Royal Highness. Maybe as fine as the car you describe? Only one point of criticism, if you'll forgive me: your second pre-chorus was identical to the first. In the original song, the second verse and pre-chorus are sung by Pharell Williams, and feature the lines "I'm from N.E.R.D./aren't you Britney?" It felt like I missed that.

Oh, i didn't know that Pharell was in the song. The version that i have is just Britney Spears...but i admit i did skip some of the song. At the beginning she says : "for whatever reason/ I feel i've got to mourn you all my life/ you don't understand/ I'm so glad we're at the same place at the same time/ it's over now" (at least in the version i have) but i tried to parody that part... but it didnt really make sense lol, so sorry about that
