The Lyrics

nah, I just parodied another ATBG lyric from Emily Kapnek. Hope you'd liked it.
He chose to walk alone.
Though others wondered why.
Refused to look behind him,
Kept eyes cast towards,
Towards the sky.

He didn't have companions.
No need for fancy things.
He only wanted freedom,
For what he'd saw were terrorist rings.

He longed to go unheard.
So he might get away.
He's careful so that he could sneak
For detected they would slay.

He longed to get those disks
That brighty shone alone.
Felt nervous of the codes
That made old Sam at home.

Some say he hacked too hard.
Some say he smacked too long.
But the guards woke one autumn day
To find out that Sam was gone.

Some say he worked too hard.
Some say he sneaked too long.
But the guards woke one autumn day
To find out that Sam was gone.

The guards, they say, stood witness.
But they refused to tell.
But someone who had seen it
Said the agent got out well.

He spread his arms outside.
Breathed in the break of dawn.
He just let go of all those guards...

And then Sam was gone.
