You know what else is a crappy song? The parody of this song by Venetian Princess. Sure, pacing was good, but ooh, was humor dry. The video just seemed a bit awkward to me. But uh, to the other parody of the song. I'm afraid to get into humor right now, so let's start with pacing. Um, pacing seems fairly good on its own, but the lyrics that follow reaaaaally don't work. For example, for "promise this, promise this", follow it with "atrocious" instead of "terrible". Same syllables, but it rhymes at least. Now the humor. Maybe it's something you always do to just plain out hate on a song as a joke, but really, c'mon. I wrote a parody of "Rosanna" by Toto about a week ago (Hannah Montana), and it just seemed too harsh for me to save it. But hey, it was much kinder than this song. The humor is dry, jokes are repetitive, and overall, not too fun of a parody. Lady Gaga is more of a guilty pleasure than a horrible artist...take that any way you want, lol. Pacing w/ lyrics that follow were mediocre about, and humor didn't even seem present. No reason to hate on Gaga. Tsk!
