The Lyrics

I wrote and performed this and another parody originally for my Health class (VERY embarassing). So this is kind of limited parody-wise. I was restricted to writing about muscles which kind of made it hard. But I tried my best! So please rate!
"Boo Yah"
(Verse 1)
1, 2 ,3
My body don't flap around
Like my muscles show and this is know fo-sho
Why do I use the voluntary only to just get out the door
Don't Try to un-contract this feeling 'cause the thought alone is flapping me around
Thank God for muscles and tendons for keeping us together but we don't know how
(Chorus)
Boo, Boo Yah
Boo Yah!
Boo, Boo Yah
Boo Yah
(Verse 2)
They're some striated, oh there's some striated
But striated's no good with out the skeleton involved
They hold us together, oh they hold us together
But together is always better with strength involved
If what they say is "muscles go forever"
Then what makes, then what makes , then what makes, what makes
Cardiac Special?
So why oh why oh are we so mobile,
When Some would just like to sit here...
You don't want to be a couch potato, get up and dance
(Chorus in background)
Boo, Boo Yah
Boo Yah!
Boo, Boo Yah
Boo Yah
(Verse in foreground)
Don't say that your a fatty
Just tell them it's a fad , yeah
Don't just move your orbi-
Move your whole body
I'm, I'm not being modest
(Verse 3)
Hey, Alright now. Alright now fellas!
Guys: Yeah!
What's ripper than being ripped?
Guys: Torn up!
I can't hear you, I say what, what's ripper than being ripped?
Guys: Torn Up!
Alright, Alright, Alright, Alright, Alright
Ok now ladies!
Girls: Yeah!
I'm gonna left this thing up in a few seconds,
Now don't make me break out my Biceps for nothing
I want to see you all on your strongest behavior
Give me a hand, You owe me a favor!
Backup singers: Contract it, Contract it, Contract it, Contract it, Contract it,
Contract it like a Pectoralis
Contract it, Contract it, Contract it, Contract it, Contract it,
Contract it like a Pectoralis
Deep voice: Now all Triceps, and glutey glus, and Masseter. Muscles Galore
Muscles Galore
You know what they do (x2)
(Chorus Till end)
"Rate me. Rate me again. Rate me. Rate me my friend. This ain't the only one. Yeah, this ain't the only one. Yeah this the only one that i need rated" - Mini 'Rape Me' parody i just wrote this second! :D

Before I clicked the link, I thought it was a parody about Ron Stoppable. Oh well...it was a good parody anyway.

Tough song. This is pretty good, but you used the original lyrics a lot. Even with a tough song, don't be afraid to change up the rhyme scheme and make it something that accomodates a fitness joke. I enjoyed the line: "Why oh, why oh, why are we so mobile?" very much, but this could also work:

So, dead lift, dead lift
Workin' out to get ripped
And watch out for that weight shift
