The Lyrics

Here's some background about the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. I gathered most of this information from the movie trailers: Bella Swan loves Edward Cullen the vampire and Jacob Black the werewolf. She has difficulty choosing between them. They fight for her affection. My parody ponders: What would happen if these two gents grew tired of her indecision?
[EDWARD]
Nu-uh nu-uh (Ciao... Bella)
Nu-uh nu-uh (Good night, go home)
Nu-uh nu-uh (TNT: Drama)
Nu-uh nu-uh (Go!)

Got skin like a stone
See it shine
It's like a dime in the bank
Stayin sharp like ma jaw bone
The Northwest is my home
I'm thirsty: hella
Got a swan that's named Bella
In my eye that's yella
Edward C!
I'm anticipatin
Some re-sip-procation
'Cuz soon I'll invade her veins

Boo
Dracula's back
Come interview a vampire
Bella where you at?

[BELLA]
You had my heart
Since I saw the book's cover art
The envy of the tweens
They wanna play my part
Eddie, you're sweet but stark
You've got no handlebars
So I want that werewolf there
Why can't you two just share?

[JACOB]
--Because!
When you choose me
It's me forever
I can't share you with another
Vam-pi-res are not a trend
I'm a fan
And I wanna new fangled friend
Now that they cash in more than ever
Meyer ought to write another
Where Edward picks Jacob Black over Bella

Edward picks Jacob Black over Bella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
Jacob Black over Bella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
'Cause I'm a classy fella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
And I don't wanna smellya
(-ellya -ellya eh eh eh eh eh eh!)

[BELLA]
Your campy fangs
May never sink into me
You'll live to infinity
Can you not count to three?
Though the war has ripped us hard
Why should I discard a card
With two hands to hold
Don't tell me to split my heart

[EDWARD]
--Bella!
In the sunshine, I'll shine forever
Even on my region nether
We can maybe still be friends
Take a hint
Or just skip ahead to the end
Now you're complainin
More than ever
So you drove me to another
Edward picks Jacob Black over Bella

Edward picks Jacob Black over Bella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
Jacob Black over Bella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
Sorry I gotta tell ya
(-ellya-ellya eh eh eh)
Darling his body's betta
(-etta -etta eh eh eh eh eh eh!)

[JACOB]
Run your hands across her abs
There's no way they'll be this fab
Edward my sweet
There's no way she can compete
With this
So hear my motorcycle roar
I won't fight you like before...
OR...

[EDWARD]
--Jacob!
In the moonlight we'll brood together
I'll be here for you in leather
I'll be more than just your friend
Take my heart
Never stake it like Bella did
Now we're connected more than ever
I can share it on my Twitter
"3dward picked jac0Black #OverBella!"

3dward picked jac0Black #OverBella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
Jac0Black over Bella
(-ella -ella eh eh eh)
This is some nasty weatha
(-eatha -eatha eh eh eh)
Can I use your umbrella?
(-ella -ella eh eh eh eh eh eh!)

[EDWARD]
I'm trainin (trainin)
Ooh Jakey I'm strainin (strainin)
Come lend a paw to me
I'll spare a treat

[JACOB]
No strayin (strayin)
Ooh Eddie I'm stayin (stayin)
That is too sweet to NOT repeat
So I'll re-tweet

At least Jacob doesn't whine and b*tch and moan and complain and sigh and suck at acting as much as Bella does so I think Edward took the smart choice here. Plus they're some of the gayest monsters in all of cinema so they're perfect for each other.

Soon "Bella" will be number one on girls' names. But remember Bela Lugosi?

I like this for many reasons: the singability (in addition to the pacing), the concept the pop cultishness of it is just enough info for a nonfan to get, and a lovely twist at the end. for myself, I will get over bella, but I dont think I will get over Macho Grande. ;)

I love this for the reason that Grim mentioned...it's perfect for a non-fan to get! I've never seen any of the movies (thank goodness) but I know enough to pick up on everything and this was hilarious! Fun to sing along to and to imagine what would happen if a new book came out! Great work!

(ABC) Well, I'm pretty sure there's about a bajillion fanfics along that line, but anything goes in fanfics. The Twitter element seemed a bit forced, and Jay-Z's verse wasn't paced as well as the rest, but otherwise this was a fantastic skewering of a terrible, terrible franchise. 555!

(ABC) Ashamed to say I've seen all the movies, some of which aren't that bad, and others that are terrible! I think Kristin Stewart is an atrocious actress. However, this parody was awesome. Some many funny lines and references to the series and other things in pop culture. Pacing was great, it was fun to sing to, I liked the Twitter thing at the end, but not sure if it was necessary. Maybe you could've gotten more humor in without it, idk. But still great.
