The Lyrics

Well I seem to have the best luck with writing parodies to "All Star"(not based on a true story) Charictors:Student-usually talking, speaking when no quotes are usedTeacher-speaking when 'these' quote marks are used Guidence Counsuler-speaking when "these" quote marks are used
Some teachers once told me
That there was a quiz Wednesday
and I knew that I would fail it off hand
It was looking kinda dumb with the
paper saying stuff that I didnt
understand at all

Well the grades start coming
and they dont stop coming
fed with the rules and I started failing
didnt make sence how they got my grade
I wouldve gotten higher if it wasnt done late
so many questions
so many sheets
so whats wrong with failing one quiz
'youll always fail if you dont pass
Youll just get thrown out on your ass'

'hey now
youre the student
get your grades up
yourself'

hey now
youre my teacher
learn to teach us
or else

All those exams i failed
only passing kids get promoted

Its a hard class
and they say it gets harder
failing now,
wait 'till December
but your Guidence Counsler
begs to differ
judgin by the way she praises your teachers
"the ice you skate is getting pretty thin,
its an easy class that you should be passing"
they dont inspire
not at all
thats why I dont listen and I always get bored

'hey now
youre the student
get your grades up
yourself'

hey now
youre my teacher
learn to teach us
or else

All those exams i failed
only passing kids get promoted

'get it signed if its below a 65'
"you have been told"

'hey now
youre the student
get your grades up
yourself'

hey now
youre my teacher
learn to teach us
or else

All those exams i failed

Some teacher once asked me
to just drop the class
that in a differnt place I can pass
I said, yepp
what a concept
I could use a teacher who can teach
and we can all use a little change

Well the grades start coming
and they dont stop coming
fed with the rules and I started failing
didnt make sence how they got my grade
I wouldve gotten higher if it wasnt done late
so many questions
so many sheets
so whats wrong with failing one quiz
'Youll always fail if you dont pass
Youll just get thrown out on your ass'

'hey now
youre the student
get your grades up
yourself'

hey now
youre my teacher
learn to teach us
or else

All those exams i failed
only passing kids get promoted
