The Lyrics

A cannabis parody
It’s great that I do feel this way
Relaxed laid back chilled okay
All my limbs have now gone limp
I pass the toke right back to you
Like the hippies always do

I’m stoned as F**K and quite drunk to

Good stuff, cause now I’m feeling stoned as F**K
I can’t remember much
I think I drank and smoked too much
I’m sure feeling stoned as F**K

Good stuff, cause now I’m feeling stoned as F**K
I can’t remember much
I think I drank and smoked too much
I’m sure feeling stoned as F**K

When we smoke puff like this all day
Our minds go their separate ways
I’ve got munchies again, but I don’t care
If this is the way its meant to be

Stoned as F**K come on join me

I’m stoned as F**K so madly

Good stuff, cause now I’m feeling stoned as F**K
I can’t remember much
I think I drank and smoked too much
I’m sure feeling stoned as F**K

Good stuff, I feel like god high on Ganja
I’m high as a kite now
I feel like Kings when Stoned as F**K
I’m sure feeling stoned as F**K

Stoned as F**K

If we could wash the past away
Would we go our separate ways
I'll do it all again, as if I care
Is this the way it's ment to be

Stoned in love but not with me

You're stoned in love in love me

When I’m not stoned I’m starved and drunk

Good stuff, I feel like god high on Ganja
I’m high as a kite now
I feel like Kings when Stoned as F**K
I’m sure feeling stoned as F**K

Stoned as F**K (6x)

Stoned in love (6X)

It's been awhile since I've listened to Tom Jones. Whoever thought he'd be doing ganja! (LOL Just kidding)! I definitely echo Tomjones #1fan for that comment! Anyways, in Wikipedia, I saw cannabis/ganja and for some reason, I thought it resembled cake. It's because I saw this movie "Never Been Kissed" where Drew Barrymore eats the brownie cake laced with ganja! I listened to the OS the first time and loved it! Getting high on your parody! 5's!

The most over-used word today, and it's used fifteen times in the parody -- bad enough. (Zero or once, OK?) But putting in the title, so that it appears on the home page, IMHO degrades the home page and may drive away some readers who wouldn't be driven away if it were inside the song only.

The rest has far too much repetition, too -- a little more creativity, please? DKTOS, so won't vote, but the "funny" part isn't there for me -- but I *do* believe that you were stoned when you wrote it.

If you want to know how to put links in your intro or outro, the instructions are on the submission page, near the space for "bottom comments - copyright notice or website", or you can look at any of my parodies, click View - Page Source, search for the linked word, and copy the syntax. But please know that ChuckyG has told me that he does not wish for links to be in the song itself, unless they are to other pages within AIR. Sending readers off-site reduces the advertising revenue that makes this site possible, and free, for all of us. Cheers.

Below Average Dave thanks for the offer I do beleive I'm doing it right maybe not just in the in right way i.e (I've learned you cant post links into words bt the comment box does'nt seem to work but when your subbmiting parodies can you put it in the song section or below in the addtional comments thats what I need to know) I agree in principal TT not my best by any means it was a quick jotted down idea, but when I played the OS to this it sounded funny so here it is. I only want to be able to post links into this site anyway. Thanks all

Go to the submission page, http://www.amiright.com/genericForm.php?submitAction=parodyLyrics
and look below "Bottom comments". Copy and paste that, substituting the URL you're linking to for the one shown, and the words you want to be hyperlinked (underlined) for the part that says "Site Name". You can do those in the additional comments below or in the introductory comments, and if you're posting links into this site, you can do them inside the song. For an extreme example, see
http://www.amiright.com/parody/70s/marymcgregor1.shtml
in which there are more blue words (links) than black ones. Again, if the technique isn't clear, click "View - Page Source, then when the source comes up, click "Edit - Find", and in the Find field, enter any of the linked words. That will take you to where on the Source page the original code is, and you'll see how it works.

If all of that fails, email me (there's a Captcha with my address at the bottom of all of my songs for quite a while now), and I can spell it out better, or you can send me your song and what you want to link, and I'll send back how to do it.

Sorry to have ragged on you so hard, but was it really necessary to explain in the intro that this was "a cannabis parody"? (D'oh!) LOL :) :) :) keep on truckin', GJ
