This covers Gandalf's meeting with Saruman that all goes kind of pear-shaped when Saruman suggests joining with Sauron. Theoretically this would mean Gotye plays Gandalf and Kimbra plays Saruman, but of course in reality (well, okay, the virtual reality that is this project anyway...) the dumping of two cinematic legends COULD NOT HAPPEN. So Christopher Lee is just going to have to dust off his tenor voice for this one - I'm sure he's up to the job. ;^)

I must confess I usually have to force myself to go to the OS but today I was pleasantly surprised. Though the voices do nothing for me, the groove is irresistible (not that your words need a spoonful of sugar to let the parody go down!). So perhaps I should take back the comment I made on OM Ribber's LOTR effort today.

@Lifeliver: it's got a very addictive beat to it, hasn't it? It came out of nowhere and then became this gigantic hit for Gotye, who was pretty much unknown before then. Even though I've still got some more hobbit numbers to do, don't fear - I shan't be subjecting you to any more One Direction songs. I couldn't face that either - it's only after you've heard more than two of them you realise (sorry 1D fans!) that they actually all sound the same. *Looks upwards for lightning bolts*
I wonder if Christopher Lee would be up for doing sporano? I guess if he and Sir Ian are prepared to do their own stunts for their fight scene he might give it a shot ;^)

This is great. Very funny and captures a very cool LOTR scene. I've been hearing very good things about this and other LOTR parodies you've done recently Wendy.
