The Lyrics

Spoiler alert: I mention one major thing that happened in the show a few weeks ago, so watch out. Otherwise, mostly spoiler free. This parody has been written for the Brisbane Fringe Festival for the show, "Weirds and Beards". Finally, I think i need to at least explain the Bert Newton joke... he's kind of a nation joke here in Australia... Like Shatner or Hasselhoff, but I don't know if he was ever ACTUALLY considered cool. Anyway, he had a game show called Bert's Family Feud.... I figured, all the family feuds in this show, family feuds in that show... comedic gold.... probably... Oh well, feedback all you can!
He stands out cold on the mountain with Ice,
Winter's coming for Sean Bean,
A woman screws her brother and it looks like it's the Queen
The fans are howling, fav'rite characters have died;
I can't give it up; Seven know I've tried

Don't let them in, don't let them see
On the screen there's a billion bare boobies
It's bliss, don't miss
An episode
On HBO

Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones
King Stag versus the roast Boar
Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones
Or lay back and enjoy whores

I can’t wait
for King Bieber’s death day
Yes, I know it’s gone
But I’d like a far more grotesque display

It’s funny how the dwarf here’s
More cool than Middle-Earth’s,
Yet somehow the fat, best friend Sam
has turned out even worse.

Ice zombie army shows a threat,
Or sex a redhead, no Ygritte’s
Can’t wait for the next Beheading
Wedding

Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones
Or the Song of Fire and Ice,
Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones,
Brothels working all knights,

Bran helps raise
Hodor’s fibre gain
Like a Eunuch-orn

There’s dragons, incest, blood and gore: all to astound.
Also all of the sexy redheads that I’d like to pound,
It blurs the line of fact and fiction which includes
a whole new meaning to
Bert Newton’s Fam’ly Feud

Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones
It’s much more than a show, ‘tis life
Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones
Meet my albino wife,

Dire Wolf train-
ing was childs play
Let the Winter come,
Now I’d love my sister most anyway
Wow, It's good to be back... Last time I was here, there wasn't even an option for 2010s! Jeebies! I might have a video of it being performed sometime in August... but by a good singer! Not me! Yay!

Welcome back! Glad I can get you back into the modern world of Amiright. Haven't seen Game of Thrones but I love Frozen and any parody of "Let It Go" about sexing hot redheads is fine with me.

Good to see more GoT fans and parodies showing up; it may inspire me to do more. An speaking of sexing redheads (always a great idea), check out my parody "Ygritte Love", done to Frank Zappa's "Dirty Love" .... Hey, I just got the inspiration for another song about Ygritte

I haven't seen "Game Of Thrones" so no worries about spoiling anything for me but wowzers! 3 parodies of "Let It Go" in one day! definately not complaining the more times I get to listen to TOS to see if the pacing matches up (which this one did btw) the better! 5's

Thanks Guys. Matt, good to know I'm still remembered; Callmelennie, I'm surprised there aren't more on here, though good to hear the red-head love is alive; and Jonathan, thanks, the pacing was one of the hardest things (I swear she says "Mountain tonight" as one syllable), so I'm glad I got it okay.

All I know about Games of Thrones is that Martin guy wrote it. Peter Dinklage is apparently fantastic in it, and there was a nasty wedding. Lack of knowledge though did not prevent my enjoyment, I really had fun with the punny "no Ygritte's" and "eunuch-horn" lines.

(ABC) THe puns really made this parody for me as I don't watch GoT, but I know the draws and tropes of the show from what people tell me. Great parody!

Unfortunately, Game of Thrones has kinda slipped under my radar (so has Frozen for that matter, but I still love the OS). While I have no frame of reference to what it's talking about, I just love the idea of singing "Game of Throooonnnesss, Game of Throoonneesss..." to the OS. I'm sure folks who are more aware with the show will appreciate it more, but it was lost one me.

(ABC) Thank God I've got a brother who watches this show to explain what in the wide world of Westeros is going on here. And he got introduced to the awesomeness that is "Let It Go" so there's a bonus. Fantastic parody, 555!
