The Lyrics

It's a real dramatic moment. Your tempo's racing. The villain raises their cleaver and...okay, who stuck a tomato juice hose down the sidekick's shirt? What? They didn't? That was supposed to be scary? PFFT.
I've seen a few fli-i-icks, that's true
Comedies, biopics, action, too
But when there is bloo-oo-ood, what seems true
They go too far with it, dude
Whether they're hurt o-or die-ie-ie
Their blood flow's high

It could be one ni-i-ick or two
And then it spurts bright red, confused
Do we hold that mu-u-uch blood? If true
I'm scared to shave, how 'bout you-ou?
The way that blood spray flie-ie-ie-ies
Blood flow's high

A fountain from each blo-ow (ah-ah-ah)
From neck to heart to toe-oe (ah-ah-ah-ah)
Ridiculous, can't lie-ie (ah-ah-ah)
They way it makes a bloody mess each time
Blood flow's high

All of that blood spi-i-ilt, gross, true
But their real intention's gotten skewed
Won't make me throw u-u-up, 'fraid it's true
I'm more likely to giggle, dude
I laugh so hard I cry-y-y
Mmm, when blood flow's high

The realism goe-oes (ah-ah-ah)
Straight out the damn windo-ow (ah-ah-ah-ah)
Yeah, I know for what they trie-ied (ah-ah-ah)
To send me and you in a state of fright
Blood flow's hi-i-igh

Just a papercut (cut)
Gets it burstin' ou-ou-out (out)
They can't keep it in (in)
B-Bloody mess on the grou-ound
When the timin's off (off)
How can blood dela-a-ay (delay)?
Cut the villain do-own (down)
Ten seconds pass, o-ow
Then the blood flow's high

I know it's not suppo-osed (ah-ah-ah)
To be some kind of jo-oke (ah-ah-ah-ah)
Yeah, but when that red stream flie-ies (ah-ah-ah)
I cannot help but laugh and roll my eyes
Blood flow's high
They play it straight and so-o (ah-ah-ah)
The mood is up and croa-oa-oa-oaked (ah-ah-ah-ah)
Mel Brooks does this at ti-imes (ah-ah-ah)
And so I just have a bloody good time
Blood flow's hi-i-igh

"She's almost dead" "She's dead enough!"

Like me, you're getting into the Halloween spirit early! I liked this one especially the reference to "Dracula Dead and Loving It" a very underrated Mel Brooks movie.

Some horror films would have been better off as spoofs.

Great stuff...I'm not a huge Frat fan, but this one is probably my favorite OS. A lot of great lines and funny stuff throughout. Good job!

(Artistry) I was expecting a blood-pressure parody, but I got a horror-themed one, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I love the campy nature of a lot of horror films and the overuse of blood makes me laugh too, but I'll agree it can get out of hand and become distracting. You did as much as you could here, and the replay was very pleasing!
