Looks like our old sahib, "Bing" Laden, is back to spread some more Christmas fear with his latest Christmas al qa'eral. What's eating "Al Bingle" today is the fact that the story of Jesus, the son of God, being born in a manger is a blasphemy which violates the First Principle of Islam -- There is no God but Allah

yeah, Thanks Lennie, my mother showed me that video a few days ago, and you're right, I do love it! rating it as an amiright work, there were a few pacing issues, where syllables had to be rushed, but really good. makes me happy to see some people celebrating, rather than whining!
This is cleverly written, and it seems to show some knowledge of Islam. I did gently snort a couple of times. It also seems to buy into stereotypes. 5 for pacing; I wavered between 3 and 4 for "how funny"; finally gave you a 5-4-4. Folks, this is how you rate a parody that has nearly spot-on pacing but whose ideas offend you (at least a little in this case). You DON'T give the pacing a "1"!
Well, of course, Melanie. I simply shrug off all one-bombs as meaningless. I never post a parody unless the pacing is near perfect. I'll sing the song in my head to ensure that it sings exactly like the OS. So even if I were to see 100 one bombs on a thread it wouldn't make me doubt my abilities, because it's simply a case of people making 100 laughably ridiculous judgments, at least with regard to pacing ..... What has bothered me lately is the lack of positive feedback; that makes me think that maybe I have lost some sort of edge
Now as for another part of your comment, Melanie, there's no stereotyping going on here, just facts. The first principle of Islam is the "Oneness" of Allah -- There is no God but Allah. If you don't believe that; if you believe that Jesus is also God, or Son of God, you are not a Muslim ... And those who are not Muslims will be damned to eternal punishment in the next life. Pick up a Quran and open it to any page. Within two pages you'll see a statement like, "For surely Allah has prepared a place in the Fire for those who do not believe." You'll find that statement or some iteration of it at least 200 times in the Quran
