DKTOS, so can't make an informed vote (DK "Asda" also... but looks like we have another alvin rhodes, to do the Beatles' lesser-known hits. Hope someone knowledgeable can vote on this. Welcome to AIR!

I know that frustration. I've gotten five or so standard rejection cards from Target. I can't apply to JC Penney again until next summer, and I wouldn't be caught dead working at Wal-Mart anyway. 555.

Pretty funny, pickle...but gee, I can't believe Asda turns ANYONE down for a job! 555

For TT...Asda is one of the UK's "Big 3" supermarket chains...it's actually owned by the Walmart group, and is quite "Wal-Martish" in it's target group. Considered to be the most low-rent of the 3.

Kristof, thanks for the info... bad enough the US has to "export democracy", but we have to export Wal-mart too? No wonder the world hates us! lol.
