Song Parodies -> "Chick-fil-A"

Original Song Title:

"Yesterday"

Original Performer:

Beatles

Parody Song Title:

"Chick-fil-A"

Parody Written by:

Lee Crowe and Alan Hochbaum

The Lyrics

Chick-fil-A, used to eat you almost everyday
‘Cept when we would go to church and pray
We used to love you, Chick-fil-A

Suddenly, you and Kermit seem to disagree
About homosexuality
Oh Chick-fil-A, don’t you watch “Glee”?

Why’d you have to show how you felt about the gays?
Just ‘cause guys like schlong, they are shunned by Chick-fil-A...A...A...A...

Chick-fil-A had a cow and then we called fowl play
Now we’ll eat the colonel everyday
We used to love you, Chick-fil-A

Captures the mood and regret of the original, as well as the pacing. Moving "Forward" to tomorrow, that will be "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day" while Friday is scheduled to be a "Kiss-in" by gay protesters and sympathizers.

An inspired parody. I love the whole song, but the second verse is especially clever. It seems appropriate to put lyrics about a chicken sandwich to this tune since when McCartney originally wrote it he called it Scrambled Eggs.

"Chic Filet" is slang for p*ssy in some areas, FYI...

First one I really LOL'd at today. Must've been the schlong...
