The Lyrics

This is a short little ditty about "World Renowned hunter" Ross Allen, who had an infamous 1936 short "Catching Trouble" where he and an indian assistant captured animals for his zoo. Essentially poaching by any other name. You might remember this if you're an avid MST3K fan, but even if you aren't, you might still get a kick out of this.
Come listen to a story about a man named Ross
A name who makes all the PETA members cross
Because one day he was trying to fill a zoo
It’s just too bad that his methods were skewed

Capture that is, poking animals, sawing trees

Well the first thing that he did was set some trees ablaze
And out came the snakes whom he captured in the haze
He took a couple cubs and one tried to escape
But Ross came along and whipped him into shape

Bears that is, river beds, underwater
Not my best, but I thought the concept of a guy like Ross would be perfect for a song.
