555 for you, and by the way , here's a tip ( although very illegal ): get a can of black spray paint one put a 1 in front of the original posted speed limit and voila! You get an extra hundred miles an hour for 2.99 ( for the can of paint ). Won't stand up in court of course but I have seen that done from time to time in my area and its funny to see when it's well done and looks like an original sign.
Tim, can you explain to me why this has only 6 votes? I know it was an anti war song roughly ( or exactly not really sure ), but this still gets alot of airplay today, even though we are constantly are war with pretty much everyone on some point or another. I mean I'm less than 30 years old and really loved TOS and you made a great parody of maybe a song that most people would rather forget because it reminded them of the war ( which I do know was strongly protested)? I may be way off base and I don't know you at all so I may never get an answer......
Red Ant, probably for two reasons. One, unless I submit a song for the SOTM, I am doing good to get 8 votes. This may have to do with my choice of subject, how many puns I use, etc. I imagine there are a number of folks who read but do not reply or vote, but I am sure that there are more who do not read. Second, my wife, who knows a lot of songs from this era, didn't recollect it until I got to the chorus. Some folks only read a parody of songs they know that they know. Either way, 6 votes for 5's is better than I normally get.

If you're ever driving through Utah (yeah, I know that's a big IF), don't speed between Fillmore and Beaver - the infamous "Fillmore Beaver" area. Seriously.
