If people stop eating cows, what incentive will they have to continue breeding or keeping them? The same as they had with horses, once cars became affordable. Someday I'd like to see a real buffalo herd. Talk about good eating. Haven't tried goat, yet. Elk, OK. Venison, good. Culling them keeps them off the roads. Ostrich, emu, kangaroo, alligator, are not kosher. Even I draw the line somewhere.
