You "Hitchcocked" your way out of this one, TJC! Well executed satire! Installed 5 "rear windows", screeching 5 violin chords from that "Psycho" stabbing, and 5 flocks of "birds"fly with this one!
Great trib to a great movie maker. Always thought Rear Window & N By NW were his best (prob because CG & JS are 2 of my fave US actors)

Incredible wordplay, and the last chorus was indeed an accurate summary: Today's "thrillers" are truly for 'the birds.' 556

Such an incredible job of fitting the titles/synopses into the difficult scansion of the refrain that for once, repeating choruses is is a delight, rather than a nit. But what's with all this bibliography, reference, ibid, and fooTTnote stuff? ;-)
