The Lyrics

Here’s my story a tragic true
But it’s my live don’t get fed in a zoo
Through the desert that bird runs round
Will that darn thing ever slow down

Chorus:
Crave crave
All those yummy flavors, crave crave
All those yummy flavors, crave crave
All those yummy flavors, crave

Chorus

my mother raised me well right from the start
Serving roadrunner to fill up my heart
And listen people cause I’m telling you
Gotta have some roadrunner stew

Licorice, celery, also chop suey
Asparagus, noodle, double martini
Candied yam, sponge cake, caramel too
Gotta have some roadrunner stew

I use ACME so I can keep up to pace
I’m hungry and my craving is true
I have to make me some roadrunner stew

Chorus

It seems like the more I frown
The faster off cliff I fall down
Tried a bat suit to my surpass
You can fly up in the skies

I’ve tried rocket skis, bricks, even painting black holes
Lightning rod, cement, my list still grows
I tried to smash him boulder would do instead
Edge of the cliff broke I got smashed too

Chorus

Taste of knees is cheddar cheese
Bratwurst, papaya if you please
Yorkshire pudding widened eyes
Pistachio I start to cry

Salami, tamale, are found in the neck
Banana, vanilla one more sec
Pork chop I can not live without tasting you man
I have to make me some roadrunner stew

Chorus

Yeah, but in the end, so often, something fell on him and crushed him into the ground, and he ended up as a coyote sandwich. Th-th-th-th-th-th-that's five, folks!

You lost me on some the lines ("Tried a bat suit to my surpass"??), but you made up for it by cataloging ALL of the flavors Wile E. mentions in that cartoon! I actually used to believe that was true (LOL) 555

A few pacing blips, Ann...and like Agri, I got a bit lost once or twice; but this was a brilliant idea done with great humour. 455

It is true that I don't spend nearly as much time as I use to proofreading. I no I should because spellcheck can't fix everything anyway .
