Right wing radio gasbag Rush Limbaugh finds himself under prosecution in Florida for illegally procuring thousands of prescription painkiller pills such as OxyContin and other dope. (*E.I.B. = Rush's Limbaugh's self-described boast, "Excellence In Broadcasting.")
