The Lyrics

2nd Parody!!!
Alright, now dig this baby
I want Gibson Sg's, but I can't afford that
I'm 2 grand short from any Fender strat
I have only one awful desire
Don't get me a crappy Squier

Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier

Listen here baby, guitar prices keep raising
I want a PRS but its more than my house
I heard that there great for their amazing sounds
Even if the prices keep getting higher
Don't get me a crappy squier

Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier

Oh keep buying faster
And get me a telecaster
Don't get rusty strings, don't want a cheap guitar
This BC Rich costs more than my car
I will light this crappy guitar on fire
Don't get me a crappy squier

Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier
Don't get me a crappy Squier

Amen my friend. One of the best things about your parody is that its structure mirrors the spasms of profound disappointment known by anyone who buys something, gets it home, and realizes it is junk. I waited long for a SquierMini and when I got it, it would not stay in tune. I mean REALLY would not stay in tune. The tuners would slip the strings out as soon as you hit the strings. The best part was, when I went to return it, the clerk said, "How long did you take to tune it?" like aw, I hadn't given the thing a chance. That is real bad considering most of these things are bought for new players who really need the best possible instrument and not a piece of junk to learn on. Which gets tossed out 'cause it's like asking him to ride a picture of a bicycle instead of giving him a real one to ride. Fathers, if your children ask you for a guitar, do you give them a Squier?

You really know your guitars, Jet. I thought you were either talking aout Squier guitars or singer Billy Squier ("The Stroke"). If you want a reasonably-priced ax that isn't a piece of junk, Ibanez put out a Strat copy called the RX-240, which has been discontinued. It has two single coils in the neck and middle and a humbucker in the bridge. My RX-240 doesn't have a whammy bar, but others do; some are red (like mine), some are green, etc. Ibanez is really good for beginners as well as pros like Eddie, Satch, Vai, and Korn, etc.

Ya, i dont really need beginner guitars though. I personally love Gibson guitars the most. Sg's Les Pauls and Firebirds are my favorites.

I've arrived two years late, but Squiers are good guitars! My first (and only so far :P) is a Squier acoustic, and it sounds good, and can take a beating. The only problem is it some times goes out of tune. PRS guitars are also great, at least from the demos I've seen, but your parody puts it best. I wish I could afford one.

May I add my Squier REALLY goes out of tune easy. Can't wait to get my Yamaha Pacifica :D!
