The Lyrics

Well they gave him his orders in Queensland, Ireland
Sayin' , "John your a way behind time".This in not Olympic
But its ol' Titanic. You must put her into New York on time.

Well he turned to Lightoller an said "just order a lil more steam"
An when we get goin you can watch ol' Titanic go

Well its a long long way from Southhampton to New York
Lyin' cross the ol' North Atlantic.
Well its on that crossin that he struck an iceberg.
You should see what a gash that it made.

What a sight it was when ol' Titanic went down
John remained steadfast to the end n'eer abandonin' his charge.

Well a cable came to New York Harbor an' this is what it read
"Well that brave ol' Capn' John who ran ol' Titanic
is lyin' at the bottom of the Atlantic drown'd an' dead"

DKTOS, but I had to have a look at this parody since Titanic has always fascinated me even if the Hollywood movie is a bit cheesy, lol.

Actually, it was Captain Ed (Edward Smith). But where's the nasty Bruce Ismay?
