The Battle of Inamboshima

In nineteen sixty three we spent a little while
Wasting all our ammunition shooting ‘Namboshima isle
We came upon Inamboshima later in the day
All around it were some fishing boats that wouldn't go away

We fired our guns, but the fishermen kept fishing
We tooted our whistle, but they wouldn't even go
We steamed in circles while we pondered our decision
As to how we'd ever rid ourselves of such a trickey foe.

Ol Squeeky said that they didn't have the right
To be in our territory they were looking for a fight

So like true and noble patriots we had to make our stand
