Parody Song Title:

"Math is Quite Reliable"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Math is quite reliable, equations last forever.
If you master use of it your friends will call you clever.
Math terms seem quite bountiful the list goes on forever.
Here’s a few you’ll recognize that you can use whenever.

There’s tangent and a polygon, geometry is great.
The hexagon and decagon to some may seem first rate.
When lines are parallel they truly have to be quite straight,
A polyhedron pyramid with apex as a trait.

Oh, shape and size and properties are things you want to master,
Know your terminology and you will get there faster,
Practice application of them and avoid disaster,
Use them in a speech and you’ll draw cheers as a toastmaster.

The rectangle and triangle are two more you can show,
A sphere and square root formula some days you can forego,
The chord, ellipse and trapezoid a triple dynamo.
Those corresponding angles have degrees that match you know.

Oh, shape and size and properties are things you want to master,
Know your terminology and you will get there faster,
Practice application of them and avoid disaster,
Use them in a speech and you’ll draw cheers as a toastmaster.

Think convex, polygon and plane and concave when you can,
Plus don’t forget the circle and the cone when terms you scan,
Isosceles triangle is a mouthful to expand,
Diameter, the base and equidistant also grand.

Oh, pi and plane and heptagon a few more to believe in,
Quadrants and a radius elicit quite a big grin.
Semicircle, hexahedron, convex, fractal, dropped in,
Terms embraced declared straight-faced to make math lore a big win.
