The Lyrics
This song dedicated to my canine guardian angel Sheeba from age 1-3. We moved to California from Pa. and had to leave her behind with a neighbor, but she rescued me several times, including the incidents in the lyrics. I loved that dog and yearn for the day I go home to heaven and will see her again. I hope that day is soon.

My mom told me that Sheeba used to lay at the foot of my crib and would not allow anyone except my mom or dad near me. I have still not forgiven my dad for leaving her in Pa with a neighbor (old Mrs. Henry)... but she got a good home. I miss my doggie :(
