The Lyrics

Another lesson in excess...
Rummy, rummy rummy
I got lots in my tummy
And I feel like I should heave
Booze, it's a monkey
Making me all drunkie
On my back, it just won't leave
Ooh love to swill it
Liver, I'll kill it
Brain cells, they just explode
Ooh, just one more now
Pour now another
I got to hit the road

Dummy, dummy, dummy
I am pleasantly numby
And as stupid as it may seem
The driving I am trying
Might lead to someone dying
But I'm floating on
An altered state dream
Kinda like special
Kinda like stupid
Kinda like, like I dunno
Kinda like CRASHH TINKLE CLANG OOWEEOOOWEEEOOOWEE
That drink, funny
Funny, I feel strange...

Crummy, crummy crummy
Now I'm wrapped like a mummy
I can't feel my legs or think
Nurse, you're such a sweet gal
Why not be my good pal?
And go get me more to drink
I'd love to move, yeah
I'd love to piss, yeah
Ooh life, I kissed it off
Ooh life, you're better
Better than liquor
But later, I don't know

Hi Rick, Nice to hear from you too! I did a search for duncanoff on google and came up with this site. Amazing thing the Internet.... This kinda reminds me of the song I used to play on my little record player as a young child: Yo ho ho You and me Little brown jug How I love thee Never thought much about what it meant then, but it is curious how a drinking song could wind up on a children's record. And wow, "God's Only Woes" sure started a lot of discussion. Nice!

Rats! I thought this was gonna be about Donald Rumsefeld. As in "Rummy's Dummy." (shameless plug)
