The Lyrics
Dedicated to Phil Alexander, who tried to do a parody of Roger Miller's classic, a choice which should earn him at least a 3-3-3 even if it's bad. As has been remarked by Paul Krugman of the New York Times, a brave, honest (and rare) man in the U.S. press, Our Fearless Appointed Leader With a Purpose occasionally has to come back to Washington, so the public can se him in the vicinity of work actually being done. As opposed to the hard-working, actually-elected (albeit indirectly) leader of Phil's homeland, who's always working, even when on the move, and that, not his occasional obscuring of the line between Labour and Conservative, is why they call him Tony Blur. I call him "the leader of the free world." Sorry, Monsieur Chretien, but Tony's better.

There is a minor pacing issue (first line has one too many syllables - I know, you could make it work if you sang it), but the parody still has some good lines (man of genes, hardly the countries and their leaders' names).
