She wouldn't have been an Amiright fan, though. She hated modern technology, especially computers. And she wouldn't have known most of these original songs, and she hated raunchy humor. But she did like "My Grandmother's Cat." She was 81, and she leaves behind my mother, my sister and me. A lot of what you see from me on this site -- irreverent sense of humor, low "idiot tolerance," liberal politics and sports nut (but Mets instead of Yankees) -- came from her. In other words, you mess with me, you're messing with her. And she was NOT one to be messed with.
