The Lyrics

At last, Sam Cook drops the E.
Steak!

Steak!

Steak!

Steak!

Listen!
Listen while I talk to you!
I'll tell ya what we're gonna chew!
There's some good food that's goin' 'round
and I'll never lose those extra pounds.
It's makin' me look kinda round
and it's a steak!
Aw, mama!
Steak!
That's the way to chew it!
Steak!
On the grill, now, baby!
Steak!

Steakin' with a bowl of soup!
Beats the chicken from the coop!
The calories go to my hips!
But you can have your fish and chips!
On my fork I got a grip
and I eat steak!
Aw, honey!
Steak!
Make me feel good now!
Steak!
On the grill, now, baby!
Steak!

Ohhhh...
Come on, waitress, my plate, bring!
Honey, steak will be my dinner thing!
A1 sauce gives it zing!
I'll push! it! past! my! tonsils!

If you butter up a roll
and gulp the salad from your bowl
you know what comes next tonight?
Medium-rare, that's done right!
Who needs a meal that's weak and light?
I love a steak!
Aw, honey!
Steak!
Mmmmmmmm!
Steak!
On the grill, now, baby!
Steak!
Ah-ha!
Yeah!

(trumpet break)

Come on, push! it! past! your! tonsils!

If you butter up a roll
and gulp the salad from your bowl
you know what comes next tonight?
Medium-rare, that's done right!
Who needs a meal that's weak and light?
I love a steak!
That's the way to cook it!
Steak!
Make me feel good, now!
Steak!
On the grill, now, baby!
Steak!
Uh-huh, aw, yeah!
Steak!
Uh-huh, aw, yeah!
Steak!
(repeat 'til fade)

Since they have anonymous votes on them I can't believe they came from you. PS- I don't really care about politics as much as you but just curious as to what you think of them ( I need SOME feedback from someone who hates Bush ).

Forgot to comment before the shamless plugs: Steak rules !!! I would say well done but you like it medium rare ( the proper way for a steak to be grilled ). 5's

Don't know either OS, Ant. Not a big fan of heavy things from Seattle such as grunge music and Edgar Martinez. But the sentiment of each was right on... or is that left on? As for mine, actually, I prefer them straight medium, but "medium rare" made for a better lyric here. If you're ever in the Northeast (I don't know if they're nationwide), check out a chain of restaurants called Charlie Brown's. Not sure if it's named for the Peanuts character or the Coasters song troublemaker, but one of their steaks with a baked potato and some "frizzled onions," and you'll be thanking God for the invention of the cow. And they usually have cute waitresses, too.

Okay, if I am ever up that way I will check it out. I have ANOTHER Bush Slam parody ( in the making ), but again it is set to a song you DKTOS ( Soundgarden ). The first link was a firm slam against Bush. The second was the worlds Love, Hate, Love with him ( though I suspect with you it would be Hate, Hate, Hate ). I really don't get into politics too much as I feel you are going to take it up the backside no matter who wins.

Now that I have explained them, perhaps you can leave a comment on them as today you left a comment to the effect of ' it's our patriotic duty to vote 555 on Bush slams '.

It doesn't matter if you KTOS or even hate that type of music, it's still a slam. No need to vote but a comment would be nice. Thanks.
