Parody Song Title:
"Sounds of Loch Ness"
The Lyrics
Hello Loch Ness my old friend
I've come to search in you again
Because a monster softly creeping
Could have come while I was sleeping
Though the picture from the 30s was a fake, I still remain
To listen to the sounds of Loch Ness
In this old boat I work alone
This narrow deck I call my home
'Neath the halo of a full moon
I get the microphone in tune
I send it to the bottom of the lake, and I wait
To hear the sounds of Loch Ness
Then in the bright moonlight I saw
A giant creature come along
Well, I thought it could be Nessie
Believe me, my palms got sweaty
Then I realized that this creature had lots of hair, everywhere
'Twas only Bigfoot; he was swimming
"Hey," said I, "but do you know?
Where Loch Ness monsters maybe go?"
He answered, "No, I'm on vacation.
I don't frequent this location."
So I thanked him and he slowly swam away, toward the bay
And I wished him a good vacation
Every night I bow and pray
To see the monster the next day
Well, I hope it comes in the morning
'Cause let me tell you this place is boring
Nothing extraordinary has happened yet, but don't you fret
'Cause I keep listening to the sounds of Loch Ness
