Thanks S.T.G., Rex, and Agrimorfee. Agrimorfee, armor in this song is sung roughly as "ar-ar-mor"; IMO it's 3 syllables, just as in Scarborough Fair/Canticle "cambric" is sung as "cam-ber-reck". Maybe I shouldn't point out the occasional (and incredibly minor) liberties I take with pacing....
I haven't used an alarm clock for fifteen years, but I always used to set it to allow 2 "sleep"s so that each week I'd wake up 15 times and only have to get up on 5 of them - 555 - nice "time-flies" gag set-up, too Red ;-) - 555
