Parody Song Title:

"In My Wife"

Parody Written by:

Bob Gomez

The Lyrics

Kind of a sequel to Paul Robinson's version.
There are ailments I've contracted
From my wife, like crabs and mange;
Some are chronic, some got better,
Some are gone, and some remain:

Herpes, clap, flu, lice, bad dandruff
Have cost me some friends, med bills and a ball--
Some have sued us, some aren't living;
It's my wife's and not their fault!

What appalled these friends and others?
Scary growths on their rears and pubes,
On their mammaries, grooves and weenies;
Then they take more drugs for something new!

Subcutaneous mystery infections
And crippling shingles, weeping sores—
I know the public health's at risk around her;
In my wife, I've found new spores!

(accordion solo)

Prophylactics can improve prevention
Of creepy new things not seen before;
The epidemiologist's astounded—
In my wife they've found new spores!

In my wife they've found new spores!

Thanks everyone for the puns and comments; they are what keep me writing! That and the hilarious ads on the right-hand side of the page. Genital herpes, anyone? d;:^Q

This may be even funnier than your classic "When A Man Loves a Walrus"....and that's sayin' something. LMFAO reading this one, Bob. Great work. Super high 5's

Dear Dee, I am so pleased that you enjoyed it. Every once in a while, a classic Beatles tune like this meets a theme on the perverse side of my brain and away we go. If I get enough songs like this under my belt, I'll record an album and call it "The Bleeples" or something. So far I only have ten: "Weekend Workin' Out," "AmiRight Writer," "My Bill," "I Saw Her Hand In There," "Body Parts Here, There and Everywhere," "I've Seen Islamic Revolutions," "Martha, My Dear!," "Here Come The Puns," and "You Can't Say That." I'm no match for Rick Duncan and John Barry, but I give it my best when I do get an idea.
