Song Parodies -> "Save Parliament Hill"

Original Song Title:

"The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill"

Original Performer:

The Beatles

Parody Song Title:

"Save Parliament Hill"

Parody Written by:

Malcolm Higgins

The Lyrics

Save Parliament Hill, kill them at will
on Parliament hill..

we want to have elections to fix one who caused us shame
Jean Chretien is his french interpretation of his name
we need to have someone who will make things right again..

Save Parliament hill, Kill them at will,
On Parliament hill

in Ottawa, there lives a man we all despise
he made our friends below us question their allies
he'd run from trouble, and he covers up his eyes..

Save Parliament hill, Kill them at will,
On Parliament hill

if people ask me is to kill him not a sin?
I always answer who votes this B**stard in?
he makes me feel like I have creepy crawly skin...

Save Parliament hill, Kill them at will,
On Parliament hill

Oh, like Stephen Harper is an improvement. Still better than Bush, though.

Pick a new tune, Michael. You're getting kinda stale. Didn't like this parody much. Too repetitive and it seemed like you put too many syllables into each line.

I thought this was pretty good. I'd rather have several good parodies from one song than a single bad parody from a load of different songs.
