The Lyrics

Inspired by a Dexter's Laboratory episode where he made a huge mechanical arm titled the "high five" machine, saying "what a fine day for science", sleeping on the wrong side of the bed, keeping his upper lip stiff, and moving the moon to get powers from the Saturn's rays but then causing the moon to crash down to Earth by accident.
It's been a hard day's day, and I've been working in my lab
It's been a hard day's day, I should be sleeping after that
Although I'm still home to you, I have the things that I knew
Will make you feel alright

You know, "what a fine day for science", I said that this morning
And it's worth it just to hear you say that phrase 'cause it's not boring
Although that I am still home, even I was all alone
You know I feel okay
In my lab, everything seems to be right
In my lab, science is still on my side
It's been a hard day's day, and I've been working in my lab
It's been a hard day's day, I should be sleeping after that
My sister didn't come here to my lab, oh dear
But something's not right...

Owwww

Check out my high-five machine, it's not kinda that obscene
You know I feel okay
Though I tried to keep my upper lip stiff
Though I knew I'm a Capricorn, get it? Well, get a grip, yeah

It's been a hard day's day, and I've been working in my lab
It's been a hard day's day, I should be sleeping after that
I've made the moon come down to earth all over town
Now things aren't alright
It would be a bad night
Now this was a bad night
