Parody Song Title:

"Fish And Loaf Helper"

Parody Written by:

Alvin Rhodes

The Lyrics

..."hamburger helper" helps stretch out a meal....could it be possible that.......?.....nah.......
i sure can't fathom when i read the book
that the apostles wrote...something's got me shook
the lord gave a sermon...folks amassed to hear
and he fed the mob...guess he musta had some fish and loaf helper
fish and loaf helper

its a stirring story...of a holy man
how he served those guys...i don't understand
the crowd was hungry...for some kind of meal
and to please this mob...guess he musta had some fish and loaf helper
fish and loaf helper

fish and loaf helper

there were thousands of 'em...give or take a few
only five small fish...and a loaf or two
but this starvin' throng here...had a lunch with style
food was passed around...guess he musta had some fish and loaf helper
fish and loaf helper

and they really liked it...when they had a bite
it was really filling...to their appetite
but i'm still discerning...how he did it here
i say, "goodness sakes...guess he musta had some fish and loaf helper"
fish and loaf helper

fish and loaf helper (fish and loaf helper)
fish and loaf helper (fish and loaf helper)
fish and loaf helper (fish and loaf helper)

Only you could have thought of this, Alvin. Very funny concept and execution. Lately, you seem to be parodying alot of songs a band I was with used to cover. This today and "We're Not Gonna Take It" yesterday.

I agre with Rick...this has Rhodes fingerprints all over it. Religion and processed food...what a combination! Bravo, Al. 555

And after feeding the 5,000, there were 12 basketfuls of broken pieces of bread and fish left over. Clever idea, Alvin.

Score one for the FP, Stu, but right on its tail, so to speak... Funny work Alvin and a very unique idea. 5s.

A fish story of Biblical proportions. The real story of this miracle performed by our Lord is the fish story of all fish stories. I like how you did this tastefully as I'm sure the hungry throng would whole heartily agree. The parody is masterful but the real deal was miraculous. 5 fish for your vote table sir.
