Parody Song Title:

"Tickle Me (August Chalupas Part 1)"

Parody Written by:

Wild Man

The Lyrics

Original Songwriters Lennon McCarney
(Let it be) Tickle me

When I find myself in times of grumble Spaff's got a "twinkie" melody
Alanis on the "island", tickled me
And when Di Rito "farted" he writes about it best you see
He's got advertising, on the marquee
Tickle me tickle me
Tickle me, yeah tickle me
There will be chalupas, Tickle Me

And when "Hope" departed a tribute tune was made of he
Thank you for the memories Michael P.

Then the duo started, "cloning" people- multiplicity
and Tone Def's sloppy scribble-it's "Hindi"
Tickle me, tickle me
Tickle me, yeah tickle me
There will be chalupas , tickle me.

When the night gets rowdy Soprano's come to memory
He's comic answer, STG
I wake up to this town of music, the unique types of parody
Shine in laughs and sorrow, tickle me

Tickle me tickle me
Tickle me, yeah tickle me

What gives folks , I'm out here on a daily basis voting and offering comments to our most promising authors out there.......How about some comments please! Thank you Merry Pippin & Mike P. I don't intend to seem ungratefull.

Hmm...how to put this so that it gives information, but doesn't just sound like sour grapes? Maybe a lot of the newcomers , like me, who have a lot to learn, but are learning would take heart if some were mentioned? That would give them something to strive for... a mention of a promise. I know that besides hints from others who have been here longer, saying good work...you are coming along nicely gives me a boost.

I'm a newcomer myself, Iv'e only been around since May 03. We are recent history. There were many people here before us that laid the ground work and held this site together, before Guy, Mer & Pip, Spaff ect. ever came on the scene. I've done a lot of reading on old songs and messageboards of various authors. It wasn't always easy for them either. You should be proud of what success you've had in such a short time, your scores are good as well. It was STG, Malcolm, Tone Def, Mike & Billy Florio and a few others that laid the keystone of this site. As for the folks that always rate the top ten. They are Phenominal Talents and deserve all our respect. I have noticed a marked improvment in most of your works Adagio, as soon as Wild Man's funny bone is tickled Chalupas will be sent. By the way , you did a really nice job on your "King of the soap"

yo wild man, I am a relative newbie here too.. I only started this year, around february I think.. I spent a year in whatfreaks, the oher site, and have over 300 there all in all, I'm miles in front of old Will.. He laid the work, Mike Pacholek, the florios, STG.. merry and pip, and Royce.. they are the true winners.. I just got sick of seeing no competition for Will, and pushed him a little.. I went from 50 songs to over 500 in three months.. keep up your stuff man, you have talent.. I have the odd bomb and I occasionally set off one with my anti-left rants, but that's just to rattle the cage here...lol I really couldn't care less who governs the U.S as long as your beer keeps coming up here. just ranting...

LOL , Malc thanks! One reason I don't dabble in political parody is because you guys do it so well. I think I've found my place here mainly as a fan and somewhat of a historian. I've probably read roughly half of the 12,000 entries and comments. And You are the KING as far as I'm concerned. Will has his own website, and rarely will take comments or lend them. To be a true Amiwriter I Think it's just as importiant to participate on the message board and offer feedback to the other authors.

Yo Wild. Don't get discouraged if some of us (myself included) periodically shirk our amiright responsibilities. I've been away so I've got weeks of comments to catch up on. Well done, as usual, on your awards songs. The Fabs are my faves, so I'm honored to get the first couple of lines of this parody. "Fives from me - Fives from me! - Fives from me yeah Fives from me - Thanks for those chalupas - Fives from me."

(Shoot, I must have hit back instead of submit, the other day) Wild Man, about losing my name in the first draft, don't sweat it. The cool part, for me, is seeing whether some of my fave rib-ticklers from the month made into someone else's "now THAT was funny!" list.

Oh I liked it fine Wild Man - and thanks for the mention. I look forward to your chalupa awards monthly when I can see, that is. Great work as we've come to expect from you,

It's just that I have viral conjuctivitis (pink eye) in both my eyes right now and I can only sit at the computer for limited amounts of time before everything goes blurry. If you noticed I have only been putting one song out a day. I am way behind on reading comments, so I'm trying to catch up while my eyes are permitting me. So I apologise to anyone who may have been expecting me to comment. Oh yeah - 5's on your chalupa awards songs. Loved 'em.
