I'm going to be submitting several on the topics of Divorce for a project I'm working on. This one focuses on favoritism given to women(for the most part), in divorce cases.

Divorce sucks the life out of the Father's face
Women's rights are stronger on the stand
These days in court women just get more space

Nice rhyming and rhythm. Sounded a little harsh at times, and I'm certain the lying goes both ways in many cases. Haven't been down that road, and hope never to travel it. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

SOTM...I'll be interested to see the rest of the songs for the project...this one didn't do it for me too much. Despite a couple of pacing stumbles, this was well written, and I think you did what you set out to do...but it just wasn't exceptionally funny to me...

Um. . .yeah sorry, I know that these stories happen, but in my case, I was wishing for my parents to get divorced for a long time--long story short--I didn't like my dad--my memories of him from my first 16 years of life were *less than good* and when my mom divorced him, well I celebrated. . .this one was on a very serious topic, which can be done, but I'm afraid it just didn't appeal to me-sorry

(SOTM) Basically what Arwen said. This was an interesting idea, but execution-wise...not so great. Divorce is a touchy subject, and this just seemed to grounded in reality to really be funny.

Wasn't really funny at all, as said before it's pretty much impossible for the subject to be funny, but the pacing and rhyming were good.
