The Lyrics

I hope this is educational for some. Enjoy.
I once blew a fuse,
or should I say,
I was confused.

Then I went downstairs,
make no mistake,
I tripped the break

I stripped down the wire with pliers and used lots of care
But holding the wire I tripped and I fried all my hair

I was holding ground,
and I touched live,
somehow survived

Green’s ground, black is live,
white is return,
now don’t get burned

If you have a two-prong then black and a white’s all you need
That’s US and Canada, elsewhere there’s new codes to read

Now, look in your car,
BLACK and a RED,
touch both, you’re dead

HERE black is return,
RED is the live,
that’s how you drive.

This was a very original parody because I don't think I've ever seen a parody about this topic before. Very educational to boot. Well done.

Thanks all. It was fun to write them Porfle. I started listening to more Beatles last week after checking out some of your early Beatles ones. YAY AFW and Matt, I was hoping someone would get some small electric tips from this.
