There's a scene in the movie "Die Untergang" (Hitler rant movie) where Hitler is demanding to know the whereabouts of Nazi sh*tweasel deserter Herman Fegelein, who is Eva Braun's brother in law. When hes told Fegelein cant be found, Hitler simply yells "FEGELEIN, FEGELEIN, FEGELEIN!!" (ie, FIND HIM!) Hence the need to put his name in all caps each and every time it appears in the parody ... BTW, he is found and shot by firing squad three days before Germany surrenders
