A furry in Sweden that identifies as a sloth has requested medical metabolic adjustment to help him sleep twenty hours per day and only eat once a week - and though IMHO it's easy to feel somewhat supportive to this novel take on a woke lifestyle it should come as no surprise to even regular slow wits that so far he has not been able to effectively use his remaining four hours a day and anemic strength to persuade local doctors into giving him subsidized prescription.

I'm still kicking myself for coming up with "anohectic lifestyle" too late, should have worked that in too as a word play on the narrator not eating more than once a week.
