The Lyrics

I'm not a fan of either the 1932 Paul Muni film "Scarface" or the 1983 Al Pacino version. All the more reason to be amazed that I wrote this one. For someone who likes the Pacino version, the title of this parody should've been obvious.
What would you think if I sold lots of drugs?
Would you stand up and try to bust me?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song
another day you won't live to see.
Oh, I get by with help from my little friend.
Mm, I get high with help from my little friend.
Mm, you will die with help from my little friend.

What do I do when my profits are low?
(Does it worry you to come up short?)
How do I feel when my shipments don't go?
(Wish you'd never hit Miami's port?)
No, I get by with help from my little friend.
Mm, I get high with help from my little friend.
Mm, you will die with help from my little friend.

Do you need anybody?
I need your body so dead.
Could it be anybody?
I want your body has bled.

Would you shoot someone who's not in your sight?
Yes, I'm certain that it happens all the time.
What do you see when you shoot out the light?
I can't tell you, but I know it's a crime.
Oh, I get by with help from my little friend.
Mm, I get high with help from my little friend.
Mm, you will die with help from my little friend.

Do you need anybody?
I need your body so dead.
Could it be anybody?
I want your body has bled.

Oh, I get by with help from my little friend.
Mm, I get high with help from my little friend.
Mm, you will die with help from my little friend.
Yes, you will die with help from my little friend
with help from my little frie-e-e-e-end!
For Tony Montana, happiness was indeed a warm gun.

This parody is kind of funny. Would you like to look at my Scarface song, "Tony's Fly For A Cuban Guy."

Happy birthday, Al Pacino. The star of "The Godfather," "Serpico," "Dog Day Afternoon," "Scarface," "Sea of Love," "Scent of a Woman," "Donnie Brasco" and recently an Emmy winner playing Roy Cohn in "Angels In America" turns 65 today. He may be ready to collect Social Security, but he's just gettin' warmed up! Hoo-ah!
