Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"I Saw His Body Hair"

Parody Written by:

Arwen

The Lyrics

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 !

Well, he was tall, he was lean
You know what I mean
After just one look, all I could do was sta-are
But I quickly moved to another (Ooooh)
When I saw his body hair

When he winked at me
First glance couldn't see
That his back and neck were covered with thick fu-ur
He could've been ol' Kong's brother (Ewww)
Did you see his body hair?

If I'd had a loom
Could have filled the room
With a back hair blanket fi-ine...

Whoah, he filled me with fright
But I danced to be polite
I was more than kind, I think that you'd concu-ur
I'd have preferred death, with my druthers (Pewww)
Could not stand his body hair

Now he's filled with gloom
"Damn my fuzzy doom!"
His advances I decli-ined...

He could have been my knight
If he'd trimmed it up just right
But his hair's too long; I want a smooth monsieu-ur
I can't run the risk, I'd be smothered (Ooooh)
In his mounds of body hair

I think that you are a horrible person for discriminating against men with excess back hair. You oughta be ashamed, missy!
Arwen - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Ash...I have admitted time and again that I am a horrible person. You might as well announce that I'm stunningly beautiful...because everyone already knows that, too...sheesh.

Heehee, Johnny!

this was particularly funny to me, cause my boss is one of those people with more hair than an orangatan...except for his bald spot.. i'm thinkin'...damn, dude, its too bad you can't transplant some of that shoulder hair..anyway, great parody as usual, arwen...5...5...5
Mason - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Arwen, you got right to the root of the issue here and did a great job. I'm glad you didn't cut it short. 555's!
Arwen - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Alvin...ewww, shoulder hair! Bleah! Thanks a bunch, buddy! Mason...hehehe...thanks a lot, I'm glad you liked it!
Olaf - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Hah Hah, I know how happy this is, because I have these same problems with hares all over every part of me before I take razors and shave it off every inch. They say smooth is stranger than friction, but really is not so. You always makes smiles on me Arwens. This is your happiest ones ever! I still do not know what is pacings, but I like this very much, so I am giving you best scores ever.
Arwen - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Dammit...I hate when I forget to go my line breaks! Sorry, Alvin & Mason!!

Olaf...I LOVE your comments. I feel the need to write more and more parodies, just to get a little slice of the heaven that is your broken English every day.

I'm surprised it took until voter 11 for some guy with major back hair to be offended and drop the 1s on this. Too bad some people don't get that it's a joke...
Jeff Reuben - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
I'm impressed that he (or she) still gave you the 5 for pacing "You've offended me and my back hair deeply, but your pacing was spot on!"
Arwen - November 16, 2004 - Report this comment
Don't think I didn't notice. And I really appreciate it. I do really want people to be honest...and just because they think I'm a beast and deserve to suffocate in a bottomless pit of back hair for writing such a hateful parody...doesn't mean that I didn't sing this 84 times before posting it to make sure that the pacing was correct. So, thank you, sensitive voter with no sense of humor. Thank you EVER so much.

A few years back I'd be offended, Arwen. Now I just sigh in sad resignation :-). Olaf- you're obviously not really one of us, unless your razor has a long handle.

True Friends put up with their True friends relating to other people as THEIR True Friend. And assist in follicle removal. (I choose now to suddenly remember I'm going to be dressing in drag and goign with my lesbian associate to her Year 12 formal.) *cringes* I liked the parody better than Ash did, though.

If the subject was pudgy along with loads of body hair, this would have made a good Ron Jeremy song. Great job!

Gimme a back with hair! (HAIR!) Long, beautiful hair!

BYU's dress code used to require socks. (Maybe it still does.) One of the theories floating around was that it was because leg hair is an extension of pubic hair. I'm not kidding. (So what would that make back hair an extension of?)

But I digress. This is supposed to be about YOU. YOU, Sister Evenstar, have a talent for writing lovely parodies about the hapless male population's inability to match YOUR utter perfectness. (Perfectitude?) YOU have done it again. Five cheers for YOU!
Arwen - December 19, 2004 - Report this comment
Spaff...nice to see you...=) The whole bit on BYU made me giggle...don't get me started on THAT honor code...or I fear I'll pass Mr. Robinson by about 6,000 words for the longest comment ever...; )

Thanks, though, for recognizing my brilliance...hehehe. I promise I'm not as picky as I come across. I danced with the hairy bastard, didn't I? ; )

(SOTM) Arwen - I hadn't started my SOTM reading yet, but I just caught your comment back to Spaff...are you saying that I am somewhat "wordy" or maybe even in love with my own writing? Hmmm...you know, that reminds of this story...in fact, that reminds me of SEVERAL stories, and now I'm going to share ALL of them with...WHOA...just kidding...but how long would a comment have to be to pass me by 6,000? Pretty damned long...Good work here, 5's ~ ~ ~

Claude Prez - December 29, 2004 - Report this comment
Dammit Stuart. I got all the way to the last comment without anyone mentioning the loom part (my favorite). Way to go dude. Spaff's comment reminded me of a Sean Morey "Age of Aquarius" parody -- "There's nothing grosser than a man with a hairy ass, man with a hairy ass -- A HAIRY ASS!!! A HAIRY ASSSSS...." Anyway, very entertaining as always.
