The Lyrics

Before he went on his I-hate-Obama kick, Malcolm Higgins would have written this in a very different context, besieged by livestock. Maybe Merry and/or Pippin can do something with that. Meanwhile, as a parody subject, we've got the flu.
(instrumental opening)

I see that worried look upon... your face.
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.
You think a hospital should be... my place.
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.

I could just lose my life today.
In will I'll give my stuff away.

Now just like you I think some folks... could die.
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.
You think you could be next, but so... might I.
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.

She sneezed upon me, that I know.
And it don't seem so long ago
that we were wealthy
and we were healthy.
Today... we cough up goo...

(instrumental break)

I could just lose my life today.
In will I'll give my stuff away.

And so forgive me if I seem... unwell.
(And it must seem to you, my friend
that I ain't got no pity for you.)
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.
(Well, that ain't true!
You see I've lost my, lost my, lost my breakfast,
lunch, too!)
I'd help if I didn't look and feel... like hell.
You've got your troubles, I've got swine.

You've got your troubles, I've got swine.

You've got your troubles, I've got swine!

There's a pigsty of SF parodies here, but doing the rarely-seen OS makes this one of the most clever title switches in the genre. Fives for that (plus I like TOS).

It just occurred to me that one pig could say to another, "You've Got Your Truffles... " If anyone wants to use that, go ahead.

So what kind of Easter egg did the Easter Bunny bring if you say he is real, vacuum cleaner mode?
